49 Union Road Howick, Manukau City

Attention all families seeking that something extra in a home!
This 1960's contemporary design lends itself so well to bring up kids and teenagers in a secluded and safe environment away from the rush of modern day life!
A wonderful open plan living area extends over several levels down to a sunken lounge & open fire & out to sun drenched pool & gardens.
Three bedrooms & two bathrooms occupy the top floor. The lower level currently used as a rumpus & workshop lends itself to further development as a flat, home office or extra living.
The extensive grounds are a kid's paradise, complete with flying fox.
Zoned for Howick College & Sancta Maria College.
Put this one on your must see list!!!
