Walter is an educated professional with an IT background and spent large portions of his career as a Technical Sales Consultant and Support Engineer in large corporate and New Zealand government organisation, such as Digital Equipment Corporation, PB Technologies and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. During this period, he developed a keen interest in real estate building himself a successful investment portfolio in residential property. With plenty of first-hand experience in selling, purchasing and managing his own properties, Walter started his career in the real estate industry. Focusing on customer service, Walter made a seamless transition from the IT industry to real estate, an industry for which he has developed in real passion. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and with well-connected network, Walter has a close relationship with buyers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and elsewhere in the Asia region. He has been living in Auckland East suburbs for more than 20 years’ resident amongst New Zealand’s largest Chinese population base. Walter has a well-established sizeable network throughout the Chinese community. Walt also has keen interests in Feng Shui (风水) and is happy to advise potential vendors on their property’s presentation, maximising its appeal to Chinese buyers.
