Sahib Singh is very pleased to be joining the stellar line-up at Ray White Flat Bush, where a close-knit team of real estate professionals take pride in representing one of East Auckland’s most respected and successful brands.

Having been involved in subdivisions and property development in this part of the city and the wider region for quite a number of years, Sahib has extensive experience in the property market.

He understands plans and managing projects - which makes the move to Ray White - as a sales professional, the logical next step in a very successful career, so far.

The fact that Sahib lives locally also helps him in committing 100% to succeeding with Ray White and he enjoys helping people – especially those who are travelling in the current, uncertain market. 

Sahib’s 12 years as a business owner have also equipped him with excellent people skills and extensive financial knowledge and he always keeps up to date with market fluctuations and the business investment sector so that he can advise and assist his clients in achieving the very best possible sale and purchase outcomes for their properties.

Outside of real estate Sahib enjoys volleyball, badminton and swimming - plus surfing, which he discovered when living and working in Taranaki for a few years. He understands the importance of aiming for a good work/life balance and always allows plenty of time for his family.

Sahib is looking forward to meeting local people in and around the Ormiston and Flat Bush areas as he develops and refines his skills.
