Andrew’s journey into real estate began with a personal development project on his own property, where he successfully built three four-bedroom townhouses. It was during this experience that Andrew discovered his passion for the property industry particularly the process of staging and selling homes.
Through the course of the project, Andrew met Liang Dai one of Ray White’s top performing salespeople, renowned for his problem-solving skills and deep industry knowledge. Inspired by Liang’s expertise and approach, Andrew joined Ray White and became part of Liang’s team at the Flat Bush office.

From Project to Profession
In 2022, Andrew took on a significant property development on his own land. From managing delays to navigating complex decisions, the project came with its challenges but also with great rewards. Two of the homes were sold, and one was retained for his family. This hands-on experience has given Andrew a practical understanding of every stage of the property journey from design and construction to marketing and sale.
Andrew also brings strong connections with finance and resource consent professionals, helping to make the buying, selling, or development process smoother from start to finish. He’s passionate about using his real-world experience to support clients at every stage of their property journey.
