A career spanning over thirty years has seen Jeff involved in most aspects of residential real estate, from dealing with first home buyers in South Auckland to selling executive homes in the Eastern Bays area - he really has “done it all”.

Five years as the sales manager for a successful building company in Dannemora has given him valuable experience in new home sales and a solid understanding of the building process and procedure.

Jeff has also been involved in managing Real Estate Companies, special project marketing, selling investment properties, new sub-division sales and auction and tender marketing.

More importantly he has been through the “Real Estate Cycle” several times and regardless of the ever changing market conditions, Jeff is able to offer credible advice on both the buying and selling of all types of residential real estate.

Jeff is also the Manager of Ray White Pakuranga office, part of the Mountfort Estate Agent Group which includes 6 local offices and over 100 salespeople collectively.

Jeff has recently joined forces with Peter Connolly and together established ‘Jeff Carr, Peter Connolly & Team’ – the Eastern Suburbs strongest and most experienced Real Estate Unit.

Together and with their team behind them including a Marketing Specialist, Senior Administrator and Photographer they strive to deliver the best possible result by providing unmatched advice and service. They believe that honest feedback and communication holds the key to a successful sale and acknowledge that it is usually a client’s biggest asset they have been entrusted to sell.
